In line with this founding philosophy, Nef set out with the goal of creating work as indispensable as a breath of air, with social responsibility and social benefit as our reasons for existence. With this new company model based on social awareness, we positioned social responsibility as the main activity of Nef, which was established to become a 'social company'.
Education
The education lives of students who study at all state universities throughout Turkey and who meet the criteria determined by the Nef Foundation Board of Directors are supported with “Higher Education Scholarships”. Since 2015, 1,018 university students have been provided with scholarship support. Scholarships given to hundreds of students each year continue throughout the education period.
With the "Star Child Scholarship" we give to ten students, we support our students to participate in activities that will improve their social intelligence, as well as the full education support provided throughout their education life.
Among our scholarship holders, the student who is the most successful in that education period is given an "Outstanding Achievement Scholarship" of 1,500 TL at the end of the semester.

A pre-selection is made among the applications submitted by universities and individual applications, and primary and substitute students are determined,
Candidates with positive results of the examination at the first stage are reached through the contact information they have specified and the relevant documents are requested in November. The accuracy of the information declared in the scholarship application form is confirmed.
Students who are entitled to receive a scholarship are informed. Scholarship procedures are initiated at the beginning of the academic year.
Human and Society
Hay Atelier project, the needy whose spouse has passed away, who is abandoned, whose spouse is in prison or in need of care.
It supports the lives of women who own it and becomes a partner in their dreams. It is ensured that the products produced by women with their own labor are profitable for their homes.
Within the scope of the protocol signed with the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, 5,350 women have been part of Hay Atölye so far. Within the scope of the project, job opportunities were created for women in Sultanbeyli, Bahçelievler and Beylikdüzü Women's Guest Houses.

With the Urban Vision Platform, established by Nef and Urban Strategy, studies were carried out on the regional, neighborhood and public scales, thanks to public, civil and private sector collaborations, and great work was carried out with new planning approaches and models:
